Preparation of Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles Films by Air-Compressed Spray Method for Supercapacitor Device

Abstract In this work, the titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanoparticle films were prepared from commercial Degussa P25-TiO nanoparticles by air-compressed spray. The properties of characterized X-ray diffraction, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscope, respectively. addition, TiO film on a metal substrate (stainless steel, SS304) was used to fabricate electrode electrochemical supercapacitor device. storage performance fabricated device obtained cyclic voltammetry measurement in aqueous 1 M Na SO 4 with an Ag/AgCl reference (platinum as counter electrode). optimum specific capacitance found at 3.014 F/g scan rate 50 mV/s.
